Who wants to be a Room Parent?
Hello Hopper Families!
If anyone is interested in being a ROOM PARENT, please fill out the attached google doc ASAP- this form is due by tomorrow. There will be 2 room parents per class room, and a lottery system will be used if necessary.
Room Parents must have CLEARANCES!!! ALL VOLUNTEERS who plan to help at school in any capacity (party helper, classroom volunteer, PTO, etc) MUST have all necessary clearances. It's simple, and only takes a few minutes. Please check out this website: https://www.mtwp.net/community/volunteer-information/ to find out exactly what you need. Parents already with clearances, please make sure they are up to date. Reminder, every year the Act 24 Arrest & Conviction form must be completed!
Our SPIRITWEAR STORE is. now open! Please get those orders in, the store closed on Sunday, September 20th at 12pm! Orders will be delivered 2-4 weeks after the store closes. Please use the below link to order, or click on flyer for the QR code.
SEPTEMBER DAYS OFF: There will be NO SCHOOL on Monday, September 21st.
Please join us for BACK TO SCHOOL BINGO on Thursday, September 24th, here at RES. There are 2 sessions to chose from (you may only attend one), with a HOPPERVILLE BOOKSALE in between- buy used books for as low as .25!!! Please see the attached flyer for more info. Space is limited, so please hand in ASAP. We will be collecting used/worn sneakers at this event

DISTRICT POLICY FOR VOLUNTEERS: PHOTO IDs Required for Pick Ups and Volunteers - The District has implemented last year a new check-in procedure . Anyone entering the building will be issued a printed badge from the office upon checking in. In order to get registered in the system, your DRIVERS LICENSE is required! Please be sure to have it with you or you will not be allowed entry. Also be sure to allow a few extra minutes when arriving to get checked in.
STAYING CONNECTED: Please spread the word to any new families- these newsletters will come weekly with important PTO information, so please make sure to join our email list. To subscribe, check out our website, www.reipto.com and scroll a tad down till you see subscribe now on the right hand side, enter in your email address, press submit, and your all done! You can also simply email us at reidpto@gmail.com to be added. Don't forget to join our Facebook group, Reidenbaugh PTO, and also our Instagram page, reidenbaughpto, where we share timely updates and reminders and often photos of our activities. If you have moved to another school district or if you child is not going to Reidenbaugh any longer, just send us an email with unsubscribe on the subject line.
