Hello Hoppers!
What a fun night! We hope your family enjoyed our Spring Family Night. It was wonderful to see all of the many ways our Hoppers showed their knowledge, creativity and talents at the Project Fair! Thank you so much to Evie Gerber, who organized the project fair for us this year. The book fair was a huge success and we owe a HUGE “thank you” to Lauren Abel for this incredible undertaking. Our school benefits so much from the Scholastic rewards we earn from every purchase, so thank you to everyone who supported our fair this year! We appreciate ALL the volunteers who helped make tonight happen, especially Lisa Marie Ahlgren Read, Rachel McIntyre, Amanda Morgan Smith, The MTHS Key Club…and, of course, our wonderful staff who stepped in to work at the registers, visited the project fair, and read to our students. Stay tuned for news about our book donations, funded by the coin challenge!
The final day to order Yearbooks is TOMORROW, Friday, March 29th. Please submit your order online or turn in the attached order form ASAP. There is a QR code on the flyer for easy ordering!
Reminder, there will be NO SCHOOL on Friday, March 29th and Monday, April 1st. There will also be an EARLY DISMISSAL on Thursday, April 4th, at 1:40pm. Enjoy this break, there is not one again till Memorial Weekend!
Our next PTO Meeting will be on Thursday, April 11th, at 9:30am at RES (this is a correction to last week's newsletter, I had the wrong date). If you are interested in joining the PTO next school year, we encourage you to attend as we will be discussing the roles we will need to fill. L Please consider becoming involved, all these amazing events your child has enjoyed so much is all because of the PTO.
EXCITING NEWS: The PTO has partnered with Pottery Works and will be hosting a Painting Workshop on Saturday, April 20th at 10:00am. This is the perfect opportunity to create gifts for Mother's Day, Father's Day, or any occasion! Please see the attached flyer for more info!
HERSHEYPARK: To order DISCOUNTED Hershey Park tickets for 2024 (valid during the 2024 season), complete the attached form with payment and return to school in an envelope marked “Hershey Park Tickets.” Payment can be sent via CASH, CHECK (payable to Reidenbaugh PTO), or VENMO (@Reidenbaugh-Pto).All forms must be received by Friday, April 26th.
TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK is coming! "The one where we spoil our teachers!" During the week of May 6th, the PTO will be celebrating our teachers with a Friends-themed week full of food, treats, and fun!
