Hello Hopper Families!
We can't wait to see you all tomorrow! Those participating in the 5K have the option to pick up their packet today, from 6:00pm - 7:00pm in front of RES. You can also pick up tomorrow morning. You can start arriving anytime after 9:30am. We encourage you to arrive AT LEAST 30 minutes beforehand. We will accept walk up registrations for both events as time allows, accepting cash, check & Venmo. 5K Run begins 10:30am SHARP. . Fun Run will take place 12:30pm SHARP. All volunteers, please arrive 10 minutes before your shift. Please have patience with parking! Also, Cupcakes by Casey will be ready to go at 9:30am and will be selling COFFEE:)
Fall Fest is immediately following the 5K, beginning at 11:00. Those participating in the pumpkin contest, please drop off at the gym anytime after 10:30. Please make sure to include a index card with your child's name, teacher's name, and grade. Pumpkins must be picked up at the end of the event at 2:00pm. Most trucks accept credit, but some are cash only, so be prepared. Costumes are encouraged but not required. No weapons please. Also, Good Eats Food Truck will no longer be attending. In it's place, we now have SMASH & TOASTED. Attached are some FAQ regarding Saturday. See you all then!!!!
Next week, October 23rd- 27th, will Red Ribbon Spirit Week. We encourage all students to participate!
