Hello Hopper Families!
We will be kicking off our first PTO event of the school year with our back to school ICE CREAM SOCIAL, held tomorrow evening, Thursday, August 21st from 5:00-6:00 at the RES Playground. Grade levels will be color coded so it’s easier to find teachers and friends. Please join us by wearing your grade's color!
Kindergarten: BLUE
1st: PURPLE
2nd: GREEN
3rd: YELLOW
4th: RED
This is a great week to get your CLEARANCES!!! ALL VOLUNTEERS who plan to help at school in any capacity (party helper, classroom volunteer, PTO, etc) MUST have all necessary clearances. It's simple, and only takes a few minutes. Please check out this website: https://www.mtwp.net/community/volunteer-information/ to find out exactly what you need. Parents already with clearances, please make sure they are up to date.
The first day of school will be on Monday, August 25th for 1st through 4th grade. On this day, Kindergarteners and their families do a drop-in visit, which is scheduled with the link shared by each teacher. The first day for Kindergarten is Tuesday, August 26th.
Our first week of school will be a short one due to Labor Day Weekend. There will be NO SCHOOL on Friday, August 290th and Monday, September 1st.. Enjoy the long weekend!
