Xcel 2 Fitness And More
Greetings Reidenbaugh Families!
What a nice and busy weekend! Fall is definitely here and we see lots of people getting their decorations up! Have you put your decorations up yet? So many of you say Fall is a beautiful season... the leaves changing, the chill in the mornings, boots, soups, mums... it's awesome! Aren't we lucky to be able to enjoy all this? Make sure you enjoy these things with your little ones. We are actually building memories. I know, we are running around and so stressed out! Still, these moments of raking leaves, apple picking or even building a fire at the end of a busy weekend are things they will remember for the rest of their lives.

XCEL2FITNESS: Through a special arrangement Xcel 2 Fitness is now being offered at Reidenbaugh Elementary. Xcel 2 Fitness is an after school character building program for 3rd and 4th boys. We use the different disciplines of fitness (agility, strength, cardio and balance) to teach the boys about leadership, team building and goal setting skills that will help to set a foundation for success. It is a six week program, twice a week and the season. ender is an obstacle course challenge where all the schools come together to put what they learned to the test. The season starts was last Thursday. But will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm on the front soccer field at the school, through Nov 8th, and the obstacle course event will be in the afternoon on Nov 10th. They need at least 6 boys to form a team. Because we found a coach last minute, sign ups are due immediately. Please register at X2F.org/register or call Bill Caloviras at 717-278-1745 billc@x2f.org.
