Hello Hopper Families!
Another great weekend and beautiful weather. Let's hope this won't be another long weekend! Well, there's no snow storm on the radar so the kids should have a full week of school. I want to reach out and welcome all the new families at Reidenbaugh Elementary School!! You will love it here!! We have a fantastic team of teachers, staff and parents. If you are reading this is because you already signed up for our weekly newsletter. If you aren't reading this, than I'm asking one of you who is aware that a new student has joined your child's class to pass this information along. We, PTO, communicate with you via this newsletter, to which you can subscribe by sending an email to reidpto@gmail.com. We also have a Website and a Facebook Page. If you need any assistance, let us know as we are here to help make this a great experience for you and your student(s).
Thank you for all Steam Lab donations!! We will keep you updated with the creations originated in the Steam Lab. This week is Family Lunch Week. The students get so excited about this! Please remember that it's one adult per child and that, if you bring food for your child you are not to share with any other student.

GIRLS ON THE RUN: Parents, we need your help!! Reidenbaugh Girls On The Run program will not run unless we get a volunteer coach!! For those who aren't familiar with the GOTR, it's a running program for young girls where the goal is to inspire and motivate, encourage lifelong health and fitness, and build confidence through accomplishment. Important social, psychological, and physical skills and abilities are developed and reinforced throughout the program. The head coach will serve as a role model for the girls, meeting twice a week for 10 weeks in the Spring. No, you do not need to be a runner! You just need to show these young girls that they can get to the finish line. If you or somebody you know would like to help out, please let us know!
