Hello Hopper Families!
The Big Day is almost here. .Tomorrow (Fri. Oct. 31st) is the Race for Reidenbaugh!!!!
Important RACE DETAILS, please read!
- Please make sure to have your student(s) wear SNEAKERS and bring a water bottle.
- We would love to see students wear Reidenbaugh/Manheim Township colors or spirit wear to show their Hopper Pride as they run their laps. It does look like it is going to be a windy day - so be sure to have your student(s) layer up.
- Family members are welcome to attend the race. All spectators MUST be registered. Click here if you have not registered yet.( https://forms.gle/WbpkgooBUBdj9VJH6) (one form per person attending)
- Upon arrival, please park in one of the side lots (NOT in front of the school), and proceed to the check in table by the tennis courts. Please DO NOT walk behind the school across the playgrounds as recess will still be occurring throughout the day - please walk in front of the school to get to the tennis courts and check in. Once spectators are checked in, they will be directed where to go to cheer on our Hoppers.
- Students will be walking outside promptly at their race time, so please check the schedule. Only students will be running the course - families will simply be spreading out around the path and cheering on our runners/walkers.

10:20-10:50 3rd Grade
1:00-1:30 Kindergarten
2:05-2:35 2nd Grade
2:40-3:10 1st Grade
Sponsorship donations are still being accepted. If you would like to donate, please use one of the 4 ways listed below. Be sure to indicate the student’s full name and teacher (John Jones - 4H) in each donation so students will receive their sponsorship stars and entry into the different prize levels.

We are so incredible grateful for all the funds raised so far. Thanks to you and your incredible generosity we have funds to have incredible events in the coming years. We can't wait to see all of our Hoppers on the track tomorrow!!
MOVIE DAY; We apologize for having to close the sign ups for this event early. Due to the popularity of this event, we have filled the theater and unfortunately have no seats left. For future movie events, we will look into getting a larger theater to be able to host more Hoppers. Thank you for your understanding.
FALL FESTIVAL: This will be held on Saturday, November 8th from 11:00am-1:00pm, here at the RES Playground. Join us for games, guessing contests, face painting, food trucks, concessions, and the Unveiling of the RES Scarecrows!!! Each class has been working hard to create their scarecrow and they will all be proudly on display in the gym for students and families to see and vote for their favorites!
On the last Friday of each month, we are going to be treating the incredible staff of Reidebaugh to the THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO SNACK CART Please help us fill the cart and show all of the Reidenbaugh staff just how much we appreciate all they do for our students. Donations can be dropped off in the PTO bin in the lobby. Please use the sign up link below.

Just wondering, anyone have any INFLATABLE COSTUMES laying around? If so, RES is in need of them! If you have one you would be able to donate (used or new),we would be so appreciative. They will be used to help our teachers and staff celebrate our incredible students throughout the year. Donations can be delivered to the PTO bin in the lobby. PLEASE REMEMBER: PHOTO IDS are required for pick ups and volunteers. The front desk will NOT allow you entry if you do not have your PHOTO ID on you. Please note that after your ID has been scanned into our system the first time, it will not be required again. This is a new procedure from the District. Anyone entering the building will be issued a printed badge from the office upon checking in. In order to get registered in the system, your DRIVERS LICENSE is required! Be sure to allow a few extra minutes when arriving to get checked in. Please make sure at the end of your time in the school, you are signing out through the office. Just as you have to be logged in, you need to be logged out!
